Hey guys, we're going to free some of the clan slots within a few days. Sad to say, we will be cleaning inactive members. We are changing our focus, to a more competitive clan. Of course, we still emphasize bonding as a clan and having fun together as a CDG Family.
Current members are expected to
Attend inhouse custom practice at least once a week
*Practice will be held every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday evening from 8pm-10pm
*All must be on Teamspeak3 for communication
*After each game, 3-5mins feedback session.
Introducing a mentorship programme. Members with an elo of 1520 and above are encouraged to help out your fellow clan mates by mentoring the less experienced/struggling members.
Everyone must download teamspeak3 for communication http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=teamspeak3/. Members who are shy to talk, must still be on the teamspeak, and are allowed to use typing. After Installing, under address type: sg.clanwarz.com:1102 pw is:method
We will monitor the situation for the next month and continue to drop inactive members.
New requirement to join the clan
1) A good attitude, willingness to learn and improve
2) An elo of 1350 and above
