Hello everyone, we havent been active as a clan for more than half a year now. A main reason for the inactivity was because most of the prominent members of the clan had to start serving our nation for 2 years. Since 2nd Anniversary is on the way, we are taking this opportunity to gather everyone and have an awesome time together and party hard!

The future of CDG is bright!
I am enlisting into NS in a few hours time, and there is still so much I personally would like to do for the clan.
It is always a goal of mine for the clan to take care of every single member, and not letting anyone be left out or hurt. Sadly I've not managed to do that. With the division system introduced into the clan, I hoped ALL members can be taken care of, by the admins/leaders/senior members. Clan CDG members we are making progress with the division system, but more can be done for our fellow members in our family. I call out to all division leaders/admins, senior members, and willing members let us invest some of our time to help one another in the clan, especially the weaker and less experienced members.
I dream for a clan CDG where everyone feels a sense of belonging, no one left out. where everyone and anyone can seek help when they are in need, and help unconditionally given. A refugee for people experiencing troubles or hardship in their life. A clan where everyone is happy, and we are truly a family.
To all members, please give your support to the leaders/admins of the clan. They truly want to make the clan a better place. Please invest some of your time to get to know people in the clan. Come on to the facebook page more regularly. If you have reached a certain elo, did well in competitions, did well in a game, etc. Share your success, or anyone's success in the clan and let us all congratulate one another. Success no matter big or small, is a stepping stone to something greater. Secondly, if you have some good information on anything regarding LoL or life, share it with the clan on the facebook page, so that everyone can benefit. thirdly, we need everyone's support to participate in the inhouse drafts at least once or twice a week, and communicate on the teamspeak channels. Make it a habit to participate regularly, so that we can get the inhouses started. Honestly, I used to find inhouses a waste of time, but once you give it a chance by attending regularly and coming on to the teamspeak channel, it can be very fun and entertaining. Nowadays I look forward to all inhouses. Lastly, please do not rage or bm your own clan mate. It will not solve anything. Keep the inhouses feedback orientated, instead of a place where the weaker members shy from. We cannot expect everyone to be perfect, we all make mistakes, and I encourage everyone to at least give an opportunity or a chance to those who have done you wrong, and make up. At the end of the day, it is better for all of us to stick together, make peace with one another, and benefit from each other.
To all division leaders and admins, I am relying on all of you to take care of the divisions. As I'm not in a good position to always be around to make decisions in the clan, all of you have been given the authority to do whatever you feel is necessary to ensure the clan stays strong and together. I really do hope we can stick to the inhouses you promised to your respective divisions. I would recommend to invest a little bit of your time before the division inhouse start, and drop a pm to the members online to remind them of the inhouse. Also when you say "tuesday inhouse at 8pm" that is a promise you make to your members in your division, and as leader we should do our best to keep our promises to the people who support and believe in us to lead them. As mentioned earlier, I really do feel that more can be done for the members in our CDG Family, I have no idea what we can do atm, but I'm sure as long as we invest a little of our time in the divisions and work together as a family/clan we can make CDG an even better place for everyone, a place that everyone can be proud of to call "my family, my clan, CDG". When I first started the clan, there was no one to help me, no loyal and active members, you guys are very lucky to be part of the leadership in the clan now, and I am a very lucky guy to have the support of all you guys helping me in the clan, and I appreciate that.
From the bottom of my heart, I thank you everyone for the amazing support you guys have given me and the clan for the past 16months. Big thank you to the retired admins/leaders, without you guys, the clan wouldn't have survived until now. Big thank you to the current admins and leaders Pink, Juiced, Valraven, Haiz, Illisia, Scorpion, impactless Stacey, Vera, Windowlicka, dufaux, Splitfinity, Darkace, Zexion, Snail, yume, guava, falconwingz, Scheibe, and elissanova. Introducing the Division System
Hello Everyone,
We have introduced the Division System to the clan for almost a week now. I've received alot of questions regarding the system, so I'm here to clarify any doubts or questions you guys may have on this new system that we implemented.
What is the division system?
There are currently 4 divisions in the clan. Each division has a set of leaders to manage its members. Which ever division you are placed into, is regardless of skill. For example division 1 does not mean that their, superior to division 2. Each division is equal, and is balanced with players of all standard. All members will be assigned a division within 3 days of joining the clan.
How do I know which division I'm in?
You may go over to the clan chat, and hover/put your mouse over your name. Please join your division group on garena messenger asap so that we can integrate you into the clan, and will not be left out in clan activities.
To join division go to garena messenger > Join group > Enter your division group ID number
Division 1- 132631
Division 2- 132600
Division 3- 34308
Division 4- 132772
What is the purpose of the divison system?
> Easier management of members as we have over 250 members
> Leaders and admins that you can approach when you need help
> Prevent members being left out
How can I contribute to my division?
> By participating in the division inhouse drafts regularly to get to know our clan mates and improve
> By mentoring less experienced members or be mentored by more experienced members
> By Playing with your division members, and anyone from the clan
> By dropping by your division group/clan chat and saying hi some times

How to be an awesome CDG family member :D
Herrow CDG peeps and readers and fellow snails.
Itsa me snail again.
Today I'm writing a guide-ish post to help new people get immersed in our CDG community.
So how do you become an awesome CDG family member? Well.
1) Be active.
- Be sure to drop by the clan chat as often as possible to say hi to me or the sexy clan members.
- Try to play some games with clan mates if you're online
- Remember to check in.
2) Participate.
- Try to join our inhouses that will be hosted by our committee members regularly
> You can reserve slots through our clan's facebook page (message the members for the link)
> Be in the rooms before 8pm, the hosts will try to start the game as early as possible.
- You can also join outings hosted by our clan leaders to meet members in the flesh.
- You can also help our clan with clan wars if you are deemed suitable by the leaders.
- Active participation, dedication and contribution can also earn you a sexy promotion.
3) Be sociable.
- Try to drop by the clan chatroom to meet new clan members, talk , ask for advice , gossip and etc.
- Visit our facebook clan group to connect with the members and get updated with the latest news of the clan
- Be an all-around sexy, fun and friendly person.
4) We are family.
- Being in CDG doesn't only make you our member, it also makes you part of our big and sexy family.
- Bonding between clan members is very important and is what keeps us going.
- Do treat each other with respect and follow the clan rules.
- I love you <3 nohomo.

Thank you everyone!
I'm so grateful to everyone in the clan. Thank you to the admins, and committee members who have been helping me out with the clan, you guys have lighten alot of my responsibility and I'm able to focus on other things in the clan and my life. Thank you to the clan members, our CDG family for contributing to the clan in their own way, helping out when they can, and participating in the inhouse, events and gathering.
